I was somewhat annoyed by this point.
Guy: I've got your quote, and you're five times as expensive as this other quote I received.
Me: Really? Who's quoted it for you?
Guy: Firm X
Me: Well, we're ten times as good as they are so really we quoted you 50% too little.
